Causes we care about
Along with making the financial lives of our clients better, we're improving our community, too. Through financial support, volunteerism and collaboration with partners, we're helping to build a stronger community.
Seattle Brain Cancer Walk
Each year the Northwestern Mutual Puget Sound office rallies together to raise money for brain cancer research. Founded in 2008 by a group of committed volunteers and families, the Seattle Brain Cancer Walk has raised more than $6 million for brain cancer research and clinical trials in the Pacific Northwest.Visit partner website Visit partner website
Ronald McDonald House - Seattle Chapter
The Community Involvement Committee (Alex Marez, Kian Ahern, Julia Sipple, Kylee Burks, Brian Dillon, Max Milner, and Jeff Bailey) volunteered at the Ronald Mcdonald House here in Seattle to cook a delicious lunch for the families living at the House. What seemed like such a small opportunity turned out to be so important to RMDH residents, and we can't wait to do it again!
The Community Involvement Committee, along with some new members, (Alex Marez, Steven Trujillo, Dave Postforoosh, Kian Ahern, Julia Sipple, and Ashley Jakubauskas) volunteer with Food Lifeline to help feed over 500 families!Visit partner website Visit partner website
