Investing in early childhood education
We invest in high-quality early childhood education programs and centers, such as Malaika Early Learning Center and Next Door, to help children arrive at kindergarten ready to thrive academically and socially.
Strengthening the K-12 pipeline
Through substantial, sustained investments in K-12 education, partnering with nearly 30 high-performing Milwaukee-area K-12 schools that primarily serve students from underserved communities, we aim to provide students with the resources to succeed academically and personally.
Enhancing access to college
We provide scholarships, support services and additional resources with partners such as All-In Milwaukee, helping students from local communities pursue higher education, achieve their academic goals, and thrive throughout their college journey.
Championing mentorship and career exposure
We connect K-12 and higher education students with our employees through mentorship, internships and career exposure programs, especially in high-demand fields like science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM). With partners such as Milwaukee Area Technical College, we work to build academic confidence and expand future opportunities.
