After all, six in 10 workers who are extremely satisfied with their benefits are also extremely satisfied with their job overall, according to a 2017 study from the Employee Benefit Research Institute.
A new ranking from job site Indeed found the companies with the best compensation and benefits compared to others in their industries. Check out the following list to see some of their cool perks and see how your company stacks up.
The warehouse club superstore pays well above the average retail salary, even for entry-level workers and offers a graduated wage program based on solely on total hours worked, according to one employee: “Show up, do your job and your pay goes up on its own.”
