While there’s more to a job than the pay, compensation matters. Otherwise, there’d be a lot more professional dog walkers in the world.

And beyond base salary, a company’s benefits can also have a big impact on your bottom line and happiness. After all, six in 10 workers who are extremely satisfied with their benefits are also extremely satisfied with their job overall, according to a 2017 study from the Employee Benefit Research Institute.

A new ranking from job site Indeed found the companies with the best compensation and benefits compared to others in their industries. Check out the following list to see some of their cool perks and see how your company stacks up.

  1. Costco Wholesale

    The warehouse club superstore pays well above the average retail salary, even for entry-level workers and offers a graduated wage program based on solely on total hours worked, according to one employee: “Show up, do your job and your pay goes up on its own.”

  2. Kaiser Permanente

    The country’s largest managed health care organization pays above the national average, and health care is free for employees.

  3. Verizon

    Besides a competitive salary, discounts on Verizon products (of course) and tuition assistance, Verizon also offers an employee relief fund for natural disaster victims and adoption expense assistance.

  4. FedEx

    Soon-to-be-newlyweds will love the wedding leave offered from FedEx, in addition to other benefits like tuition assistance, reduced shipping rates and discounted travel.

  5. Apple

    Beyond offering the expected employee discounts on all its products, Apple also covers the cost of egg freezing.

  6. Capital One

    Adoption and surrogacy reimbursement is just one of Capital One’s standout benefits.

  7. HEB

    Employees of the Texas-based food retailer rave about the pay and benefits, although only full-time employees are eligible for benefits.

  8. ALDI

    Popular budget grocer ALDI also boasts competitive pay and full benefits.

  9. Starbucks

    Starbucks’ College Achievement Plan gives any benefits-eligible U.S. employee full-tuition coverage for a bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University.

  10. General Motors

    Employee and family discounts on GM vehicles, tuition and adoption assistance and 16 annual paid holidays round out the automaker’s benefits.
